Capella Charity runs two services the first being Sleep Action which runs a free confidential helpline for children with sleep issues aged 18 months to 18 years. Sleep Action provide support to 100’s of children and their families across Scotland every year and we need donations to ensure that this invaluable service can continue to help as many people as possible.
**The second service is TEENS+ which is an Edinburgh and Lothians-based, full-time, transitional education project for young adults with learning disabilities and complex and severe communication needs aged 17 to their 20s. **
