The project employs robust layers of insulation, superior quality windows, and substantial airtightness details to meet rigorous sustainability standards, all while employing a highly advanced modular method of construction. By combining Passive House standards with modular construction technology. La Mora also employs resilient technologies including backup generators to ensure that residents can shelter in place during emergencies such as power outages and severe weather.
