This project: nature-based farming, peatland, pond or wetland restoration, tree planting

Francesfield Farm is a 50-acre rewilding project in Logiealmond, overlooking the River Almond in Highland Perthshire. The project is enhancing habitat diversity through native woodland creation, wetland features, riparian tree planting, hedgerow restoration and the reintroduction of rare native tree species, while exploring opportunities for a horticulture-based community enterprise. It aims to increase wildlife abundance, improve habitat connectivity, support aquatic ecosystem resilience and strengthen community engagement with nature.
