We made maps on Governors Island that showcased the problems and solutions that the island has related to climate change. Our maps show things like construction that takes up big parts of the island, and places you can go to learn more about ideas that could help us be more sustainable. For our Career Technical Education (CTE), we do Marine Affairs and Policy, where we focus on sustainability in coastal regions, using agriculture as a tool to combat climate-related urban emerging issues. These maps were made by the students in the CTE for Climate Week 2025.
