Point Ellis House

Ellis House is haunted. We went there in the dark at Halloween for a ghost tour. All the old creakiness of it make it feel haunted and there was a ghost sighting!

During the day you can hardly hear because of all the construction and industrial noise nearby.

Burnside Gorge Neighbourhood Gems

Community mapping involves creating a map of a community that is told from the perspective of those who live, work, or play in the area. What places spark a special memory? Where do you feel most welcome? Where do you go to be with community? Where do you go to find peace in nature? These are just some of the prompting questions provided to participants at the community mapping events held in Cecelia Ravine in September and October of 2022. The stories collected at the events are captured here to create a map of 'Burnside Gorge Neighbourhood Gems.'
