To add a story:
1. Select a location using one of the three options below (using your current location, choosing manually on the map, or by address).
2. Answer the survey questions about this location and weather/climate event.
3. Describe your weather or climate story. The details of a story are only known to the people, communities, businesses, and ecosystems experiencing these impacts first-hand. Without these details, we don’t have a full picture. For example…

4. Your stories are anonymous. We are collecting optional demographic information. This is not shared publicly and is collected to help us ensure a balanced group of people has contributed.
These stories will stay available for residents of the Highland region to track how it is changing over time. They will also be incorporated into the first Highland Climate Risk and Opportunity Assessment, which will help to identify the priorities for action to respond, and adapt to the impacts of climate change across the region. Building a more resilient region will require innovation, new collaborations and working across sectors, and local knowledge will be key.
