The Point CDC

Installed a 7.2 kW PV generator, installed by Duce Const./Quixotic Systems in 2011. The generator will create 9,709 kWh for the building. THE POINT Community Development Corporation is dedicated to youth development and the cultural and economic revitalization of the Hunts Point section of the South Bronx.

We were originally inspired to map energy in NYC by the Great Northeast Blackout of 2003, and published our first printed map on the topic in 2006.
