At Velocipede's cooperative bicycle shop, in which people volunteer and learn to service bicycles, volunteers who accumulate 3 hrs of work a month will earn access to tools and parts as well as the ability to take part in the Build-a-Bike Program. The volunteers will be able to claim and fix up a bike that has been donated through this program. Volunteer staff will be on-hand during shop hours to provide technical assistance. Donations or work hours are required in exchange for bike parts. There are a limited number of ready-to-ride second-hand bikes available for purchase each month.

Due to COVID, Velocipede's facilities are now only open by appointment. Check the website for details.

Where are opportunities to find or donate useful items - food, clothing, household goods, furniture - for reuse? Where and how can you share knowledge, learn new skills, support cooperative ventures? Where can you recycle when reuse is not an option for you?

Where?
