The Strathclyde Climate Emergency Action Group (SCEAG) is an "action" group created by the Strathclyde Student Union to act as an autonomous and ambitious organisation that takes radical action in addressing climate change.

  • We allow for more drastic and rapid actions to be taken at the university to match the severity of the climate crisis.
  • We do this by running campaigns and by being student representative body in major university/union decision-making.
  • We give students an opportunity to engage with and get involved in climate-action related campaigns and activities.
  • We challenge each other on how we can have the best impact on the climate as students, and work together to tackle the problem.
