Crawford’s farm is a diverse, small, certified organic farm with a micro-dairy producing nutritious raw milk, raw cream, raw butter and raw buttermilk. They also integrate holistically raised and rotationally grazed poultry and pigs for meat into their mixed farming system to provide their community with organic chicken, pork and bacon. Crawford’s Farm objective is to utilise natural rhythms, diverse species rotations and symbiotic relationships that best mimic the interconnected model of the natural world to have a big positive impact and feed their community nurturing food.
