Hale and Honey is a seasonal flower studio based in Killaloe/Ballina. Previously known as ‘Root to Rise Flowers’, it is run by a mother-daughter team with training in floristry and organic horticulture, Zahra and Simone Hale. They grow a variety of cut flowers and foliage using environmentally friendly growing practices and no chemicals like pesticides and insecticides. Passionate about sustainable floral design, they provide seasonal bouquets throughout the growing season (April to early October) and offer dried flowers, seasonal wreaths and potted bulbs throughout the year.
