Movement in Thyme is a grassroots organisation dedicated to building sustainable, resilient communities through community herbalism, nature connection, movement practices and shared learning. Their work brings people together through workshops, herbal remedy making, gardening and wellbeing activities that support mental and physical health while reducing social isolation.

Activity Highlights
We believe community herbal gardens benefit both people and the climate, and are an important part of community resilience. They also help reconnect people with the land, while offering calm, restorative spaces that support mental wellbeing.
We can advise on herbs for a herbal first aid garden and run workshops on making remedies. These services are paid, but joining the network is free
