This project: peatland, pond or wetland restoration, tree planting, grassland, meadow and pollinator habitat
Strathallan School is a 52-acre rewilding project on the school grounds in Forgandenny, estate south of the River Earn. The project is restoring habitats through wetland creation, woodland management and flowering wet meadowland establishment, while engaging pupils and staff in ecological restoration. It aims to tackle the twin biodiversity and climate crisis and promote environmental education and stewardship.
