Situated in Milngavie just outside of Glasgow city, Gavin's Mill is a social enterprise (supporting Gavin's Mill Community Project) offering a vegetarian café with vegan & gluten-free options, a Fairtrade & zero-waste shop, as well as (for more on the shop, please go to the separate listing here on Glasgow Green Map - link below!) completely run by
volunteers, & a series of events (everything from live music to art-making).
Gavin's Mill Café offers Fairtrade coffee & teas, & a delicious array of cakes, lovingly made by volunteer bakers, with a batch of signature scones freshly baked every morning. The vegetarian light-lunch menu includes homemade soups & stews changing daily & served with breads locally-made in Glasgow by Freedom Bakery. Outdoor covered terraces to enjoy a light lunch or delicious baking.
