The Glasgow Tool Library is just what the name says!

"The Glasgow Tool Library (GTL) works just like a normal
library, but instead of sharing books, we share tools. Established in
2017, the tool library is a community-led social enterprise & collective that promotes sharing, collaboration, & learning as forms
of resistance, empowerment, & resilience.
By creating a communal resource and community-run library we aim to challenge unsustainable relationships between use and ownership, promoting a more collaborative economy & society. Our aim is to bring communities together through the act of sharing by providing people with the tools they need to improve the objects, spaces, & places that matter to them."
Web-accessibility notes - Though a lovely website, it is not visual-friendly.
*Homepage has a rapidly-rotating GIF-like animation within the logo that may be inaccessible to those with Migraine or Epilepsy, who may find it a trigger.
*All pages on the website have slight movements when scrolling over the icon-links at the top of the page, but the About page has no GIF. That said, on the About page the text is thin serif on a high-saturation salmon-orange background, which many with the aforementioned conditions, as well as those with visual impairments, may find difficult to read.
*The Find Us page with a map is very difficult to read, as the colours are simultaneously high-contrast & high-saturation.
